Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Porch Light Productions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality experiences, classes, and merchandise. This Return & Refund Policy explains your options if you need to cancel, exchange, or request a refund.

Program Registrations (Excluding YPT)

• Non-Refundable: All enrollments are non-refundable. 

• Credits & Transfers: If you are unable to attend your program, notify our office via email at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the camp or program to receive a credit or transfer. A $35 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the start of your program will receive a 50% credit toward a future program. Credits are valid for six (6) months.

• Last-Minute Cancellations: No credits, transfers, or refunds are available for cancellations less than 24 hours before camp or program begins.

• Expiration: All credits and transfers must be used within six (6) months from the original program date.
  
  

Youth Performance Troupe (YPT)

• Yearly Commitment: Enrollment in YPT is a yearly commitment beginning upon acceptance and confirmed enrollment.

• Tuition & Fees: If you terminate participation at any time during the season, the remaining balance of the year’s tuition, any outstanding fees, and a $300 cancellation fee will be due in full.

• Agreement: By enrolling in YPT, you acknowledge and accept the full terms and conditions outlined in the YPT Handbook, including these financial obligations.

Tickets

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads, personalized products, or special event tickets, are non-refundable.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact your home location:

Include your order number, name, and reason for the request. 

Changes & Cancellations by Porch Light

In rare circumstances, Porch Light may need to reschedule or cancel a class, camp, workshop, or event. In such cases, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• A credit toward a future class or event, at your choice.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.
