All summer camp enrollments are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend your camp, you must notify our office via email no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of your camp to receive a credit or transfer. A $35 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. If you cancel your enrollment less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of camp, a 50% credit will be applied valid for six (6) months. No credits, transfers or refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of camp. All credits/transfers must be used within 6 months from your original program date.
