Guidelines & Policies

Live Event Tickets

Tickets to all performances are first released to cast families prior to public sale. If restricted, cast members may receive an Access ID and Password via email to place their ticket orders online. Tickets must be purchased in advance and no door sales will be permitted for any event.

 

Seating

Seating is general admission. If you have special seating requirements, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Ticket Limits

Tickets are be limited for most productions. Any available tickets will be released to the general public only after cast families have purchased.

 

House Rules

Doors will open 15-30 minutes prior to the performance (unless otherwise indicated). Following the performance, we ask that audience members exit the theatre for cleaning and resetting.

 

Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable and must be used for the performance purchased. We cannot honor ANY requests to transfer tickets to a different performance. If you need to change your performance, you must purchase additional ticket(s).
